The Walton
County Bar Association, Inc. (“WCBA”) is a Georgia
nonprofit membership corporation, which is intended to be
exempt from federal income taxes under
Section 501(c)(6)
of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. WCBA members
are licensed attorneys in Georgia who, generally speaking,
are in private practice in Walton County or are
employed as judges and attorneys for the Alcovy Judicial
Circuit.
WCBA holds
meetings of its members and hosts social events for its
members. WCBA also is developing
and undertaking new initiatives, including
starting a Law Day observance in Walton County
during 2012 and hosting the first ever CLE seminar in
Walton County during March of this year.

a WCBA member, information about any upcoming meeting or

section. Other information available in the
MEMBERS ONLY section will, from time to
time, include reports of actions taken by the Board of
Directors and updates on Committee projects. To
