The Walton County Bar Association, Inc. (“WCBA”) is a Georgia nonprofit membership corporation, which is intended to be exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.  WCBA members are licensed attorneys in Georgia who, generally speaking, are in private practice in Walton County or are employed as judges and attorneys for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit.

WCBA holds meetings of its members and hosts social events for its members.  WCBA also is developing and undertaking new initiatives, including starting a Law Day observance in Walton County during 2012 and hosting the first ever CLE seminar in Walton County during March of this year.

If you are a WCBA member, information about any upcoming meeting or event is available in the MEMBERS ONLY section.  Other information available in the MEMBERS ONLY section will, from time to time, include reports of actions taken by the Board of Directors and updates on Committee projects.  To access the MEMBERS ONLY section, you will need to log in using the username and password that were most recently e-mailed to you by the President.

WCBA is actively seeking new members.  Please click on the buttons in the PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS tab for more detailed information on the eligibility requirements, the application process, and the required dues.
